I’d love to meet you for an initial consultation which will last around 30 minutes. During that time, we will get to know one another and together we will identify some goals for your wellness journey. This initial consultation is free of charge!
Should you decide that Health & Lifestyle Coaching is for you I will tailor a package to suit your personal goals, budget and time.
Our sessions can either be done by meeting face to face or over Skype or by telephone whichever suits.
