The ‘My Goodness Method’ is an approach designed just for busy women. It’s easy to follow and implement with no calorie counting or weighing food. The weekly meal plans, with quick and easy recipes are designed so that you don’t spend too much time in the kitchen but you’re still learning the tools you need to achieve your goals. You’ll eat foods you love and nourish your body with this balanced flexible approach.

 
 
 

Convenient workouts

A 2-hour block of time to get to and from the gym and do a workout or join a class on a regular-basis doesn’t fit comfortably into a day in the life of a busy woman. With this program you’ll be allocated workouts to do at home in 30- minutes or less with minimal equipment. This is a plan you can commit to for sustainable results.

 
 
 

Mindset and lifestyle

Being the best version of yourself involves so much more than a diet plan. You need to work on the bigger picture of you, and that involves managing your time effectively, managing stress, incorporating self-care, taking actions to improve your overall health and focusing on your mindset.
